The second International Politics and Diplomacy for Health Executive Program ran from  April to July 2025 and included five online workshops and a five-day masterclass in Sweden. It enrolled 28 mid-career professionals from across the globe, representing a gender-balanced and geographically diverse mix from the public and private sectors as well as civil society.

The program covered six themes:

  1. Decision-making dynamics.
  2. Trust-building and networking.
  3. Transformative leadership.
  4. Entrepreneurship and private sector insights.
  5. Managing uncertainty and failure.
  6. Effective communication.

The program used a practitioner-to-practitioner approach, encouraging storytelling and peer learning. Participants engaged in debates and simulations based on future scenarios, supported by curated reading materials, videos, and podcasts.

Graduates joined the Health Diplomacy Community—a growing professional network supported by a dedicated web platform for ongoing exchange and collaboration.
